Acknowledge
what is yours. Relinquish the rest.
Review
your experience and identify your preferences.
Make a note in your journal of the
things you would like more of. Identify what you are ready to let go of.
This may
be a great time for the deepest part of you to express what can at last get kicked
to the curb in a final “talk to the hand” gesture.
Identifying
your preferences is critical to going forward. When you know what you like, you
can know what you want. The only thing worse than not knowing what you want is
not believing that what you want is possible. What part of your
fall can you let go of? Decide today. Just Get it Done Now!

Day 5
Good day to you! You are awesome, btw, just wanted to say that. How did journaling go for you?
Was it hard? Was it enjoyable? If not, don't worry, it’s almost like learning a new skill. It might be
an acquired taste. Once you get in the habit, though, you will feel so disconnected from yourself
without it. Today I want to talk about habits. Our life is really the outcome of our daily habits and
we all know how hard it is to change those. Creating new habits takes time and dedication. You
have to do something for anywhere from 18 to 254 days before it will actually become a habit.

How are you enjoying these workouts? I did two of them yesterday, love that they are short and I can do one or a couple.

This is so true yes, even the bad things. I have lived through the bad times only to have something wonderful happen once the bad was gone. Meditate on this verse and remember it when times go down hill.
