My Latest Free Workouts

Due to being busier than usual these days I have not had time to do my hour workouts. YouTube to the rescue, I have mentioned my workouts from YouTube before, and doing so again. I was looking mainly for some quick cardio workouts, and once again was not disappointed.

There are three I found that are about ten minutes each. That is a little less than I wanted, but works out great. Depending on the time I have I either do two of them, or all three. I included the videos so you could view them first, and the link if you want to save them.

The last one is the most intense because each exercise lasts a minute. Does not seem like much until you are burning for that minute to end. Modifications are included so for you beginners out there this is a great way to get started.
