Do you have a health goal you would like to achieve? Maybe to loss some pounds, inches, start meditating, or clearing out negative thoughts, eat real food, or grow closer to the father? To truly lead a healthy life all parts of the body need to be addressed mind, body, and soul.
FitnessWe need a strong, fit, and toned body in order to remain healthy on the inside out. A healthy body helps us fight off illness, prevent or reverse osteoporosis, and builds a strong immune system. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day six days a week is enough to build a strong healthy body inside and out.
Don't Forget the MindMeditation is very important for relieving stress and allowing us some time for our selves to focus on what we want and need. It can also be used to meditate on scripture. It is also important to make sure we are not focusing on negative thoughts about our selves and others.
Our food supply has become null and void of any vitamins, nutrients, and minerals due to various factors. When our bodies do not get those important properties from food it acts like it is still hungry. Does this happen to you? You just get done eating and an hour or less your hungry again. No, your body is not asking for more food it is asking for the things it is not getting in the food you are eating. This could lead to illness and weight gain.
The SoulAs a believer I know what it is like to live without the Father in my life and with Him in my life. It did not give me a picture perfect life, but having Him in my life gives me hope. I know that no matter what happens He has my back. Now I actually am glad when something goes wrong, crazy huh, because I have learned that when bad things happen and I trust in Him something good is coming and it always does. That is not to say that I don't worry, but not as much, and I can pray, read the Word, and talk to Him where I receive comfort.

The bloggers who are already involved in creating the challenge along with my self are very excited to help others begin to lead a healthier life. There is a Facebook group page set up for daily motivation and a way for all participants to support, share, and encourage one another. There will be prizes for a number of top participants at the end of the 30 days. These are still in the works and will be announced as time gets closer to the start of the challenge.
