Dealing with Mental Health Naturally


In today’s society one out of every four to five adults suffers from a mental health disorder. The most common disorders are bipolar, depression, schizophrenia, and obsessive compulsive disorder. This article however, is not just about those mentioned.

There are various factors which need to be addressed when dealing with mental health disorders. Some reasons for these disorders are, but not limited to nutrition, neurotransmitters, toxins, and stress. An individual may have an issue in one or more of these areas. However, it is important to note that not all mental health disorders are linked to the previously mentioned.
