30 Day to a Better You Challenge:The Mind

Do you think you need to get healthy? Is it that you think you need to start exercising, or start eating more healthy? You might have answered yes to one or both of these questions. What most people don't know, and I didn't, is we need balance for good health. That means when we decide to get healthy we need to incorporate the mind, body, and soul.

The mind plays a very important role in our over all health. Our minds are very powerful and control more of our lives than we realize. The important thing to know is that it is not our consciousness mind that effects our every day lives, but our subconsciousness mind. It is important to note that our mind is not our brain. The brain we can see, the mind we can not see.

Our minds have been and continue to be programed by what we are told, what we hear others say about us, what we think about our selves, and what we decide to believe about our selves. These are the things which are store in our subconsciousness mind which control our lives. They determine how much money we make, how we live, how we feel, every aspect of our life.

In order for us to live a healthy, happy life we need to reprogram our subconsciousness. How do we do that? Over time, thinking new thoughts about our life. Instead of thinking I'll never get out of debt, I'll never lose weight, I'll never be happy we have to change them to I'm not of debt, I've lost weight, I am so happy. You don't have to be there yet just say it, this is the beginning of changing your subconsciousness.

Does it work? Yes, I have been reprogramming my subconsciousness for over a month now. I will say somethings happen faster than others. My theroy is it depends how deeply rooted the negative thought is imbedded in the subconsciousness. I continue to meditate and speak positive affirmations every day with new results. I want you to be able to do what I am doing so you can live the life you were created to live. That is why I want you to join my self and three other bloggers as we help get you started on a new healthy lifestyle.

There will be daily challenges through out the whole month of November geared towards the mind, body, and soul. You don't have to do all the challenges if you have your diet and exercise down than just do the mind, and soul. I have learned that in order to be healthy we need to have all three in balance. There is a Facebook group set up for the challenge. It will also serve for the challenges them selves, be a place to share what you have learned, accomplished, or done, make friends, encourage others, get daily encouragement, and there will also be prizes for some of our lucky participates.
