It is so versatile you can do just about anything with it. I love quinoa. I discovered it a few yea...Hi Joyce! I love quinoa. I discovered it a few years ago when I had to be GF/CF. I use it to make a stuffed bell pepper dish that is loaded with veggies. Very delicious. Quinoa is also the only "grain" that is a "perfect protein" all by itself! With legumes, they have to be combined with a whole grain to make them a prfect protein, but not so with quinoa. Isn't God amazoing? I love the idea of combining it with broccoli and cheese.
